19 weeks of training runs plus a couple of integration runs with the main Monday club runs.
1st week free to trial, then £24 for the remainder of the course which includes 2024 running membership. Please sign up for Beginners Running Membership 2024 under the Membership tab on ClubPal and then book onto the sessions you'l be attending for the remainder of the course.
