Track sessions provide an opportunity to introduce speed and intensity to your training. The sessions are devoted to short repeated drills with periods of recovery.
Track can be booked on a weekly basis for £2 per session for members or track passes can be purchased by clicking onto Passes at the top of the screen. Non-members pay £3 per session.
