Track sessions provide an opportunity to introduce speed and intensity to your training. The sessions are devoted to short repeated drills with periods of recovery.
Track can be booked on a weekly basis for £2 per session for member or track passes can be purchased by clicking onto Passes at the top of the screen. Non-members pay £3 per session.
The session begins at 7pm and will feature the Pentathlon competition's one-mile event. A warm-up session is planned for everyone, followed by the timed one-mile run. Once the mile is completed, there will be shorter intervals consisting of five reps of two minutes with one-minute recoveries.
