The session will be between 3-4 miles each week and the main group pace will be between 9:00 min./miles to 10:30 min./miles.
All paces welcome and faster runners will be doing loop backs or take breaks to re-group.
If there isn't enough interest, sessions might not go ahead so please book onto the session in advance.
Route: 3 miles
*Route can be modified to an out and back run to shorten the distance or runners can add onto the route to increase the distance.
