The session will be approx. 4 miles each week and the main group pace will be between approx. 10:00 min./miles.
All paces welcome and faster runners can be doing loop backs or take breaks to re-group.
If there isn't enough interest, sessions might not go ahead so please book onto the session in advance.

*Route can be modified to an out and back run to shorten the distance or runners can add onto the route to increase the distance.
