The session will be between 5-6 miles each week and the main group pace will be between 9:00 min./miles to 10:30 min./miles. All paces welcome and faster runners will be doing loop backs.
As there is currently only one regular leader for please book onto the session in advance. If there isn't enough interest sessions might not go ahead.
Route: 6 miles
*Route can be modified to an out and back run to shorten the distance.
