Based on the member's survey results we will be trialling an early morning running session over the summer.
The session will be between 5-6 miles each week and the main group pace will be between 9:00 min./miles to 10:30 min./miles. All paces welcome and faster runners will be doing loop backs.
As there will only be one regular leader for the initial trial sessions please book onto the session in advance. If there isn't enough interest sessions might not go ahead.
Route: 5 miles
*Route can be modified to an out and back run to shorten the distance.
