Different pace groups available. Walking group available.

Route:   Ouse Valley Way Post Street car park, following signs to cricket pitch, nature reserve to Houghton Lock, return via Hemingford, Common Lane, cycle path to Cow Lane and return via old railway line   

*Route can be modified to an out and back run to shorten the distance.
