• To cover duathlon and triathlon transitions: from run to bike, bike to run and swim to bike
• Covers basics of transitions, and techniques including mounts and dismounts
• Discussion of different shoe and pedal options and how these affect transitions
• Hints and tips for wetsuits
 

Suitable for
Anyone doing duathlons or triathlons, suitable for all abilities including juniors
 

Equipment needed
Bike, helmet, trisuit (or equivalent), race belt, wetsuit (optional), bike shoes and running shoes
