As no track session this week - alternative of some hill reps along Silver Street in Godmanchester
Meet outside 27 Silver Street, Godmanchester, PE29 2HR (Newton's residence!) - the BRJ flag will be on the driveway. Parking along the street with due consideration to residents please.
Then warm-up along Silver Street towards the A14 bridge, then hill reps to various points along the road. To be explained on the night.
Everyone welcome - do as many reps as you like at whatever effort you like, no charge for the session but please book on.
