We welcome potential members to give us a try, but please let us know you are coming along so we can look out for you.
We are affiliated to England Athletics (EA). Members joining with an EA race licence receive discounts on road race entries and at various sports outlets. Please add this along with your membership.
England Athletics affiliation
England Athletics asks the club to organise the EA affiliated membership and we add these to our EA portal in batches. To affiliate, please add the England Athletics license which costs £19 for the year from the shop. Affiliation is one of the criteria of the club's London Marathon ballot.
If you are joining BRJ Run and Tri as a second claim member or as a swim only member, or you do not want to road race, you do not have to pay the England Athletics fee.

British Triathlon membership
If you are a multi-sport athlete or lake swimmer, joining British Triathlon brings additional benefits. Membership is divided into various levels and includes public liability insurance for training and personal accident cover, depending on which level you choose.

Junior membership is for children aged 7 to 17.
This membership fee covers all activities for the year and these are listed under the sessions link above. Juniors should book onto the sessions each week and the coaches will then check them into and out of the sessions.
If junior membership aged 11 to 18 wish to race in senior events, they can purchase an England Athletics race licence. Please choose this with the membership.

Covers 19 weeks of the Beginners Running Course starting 29th April 2024 as well as full BRJ running membership until 31st March 2025.
This membership is for members awarded life membership or members over 65 years of age.
Members can add the England Athletics licence to this membership.

This membership is for non-competitors who want to take part in club social events only. No training sessions are covered with this membership.
